Delete your Abu 3meer account
The fastest and most secure method is available directly in the app.
Delete inside the app
- Sign in to the Abu 3meer account you want to delete.
- Open Profile → Settings → Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning, complete any required recent sign-in check, type DELETE, and confirm.
Subscriptions continue separately
Deleting your account or the app does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Use Manage Subscription in the app before deletion, or cancel it later from your Apple or Google store account.
What is deleted
The sign-in account, active profile, XP, predictions, video-question answers, player guesses, leaderboard records tied only to the account, notification registrations, and preferences are deleted or anonymized as appropriate. Limited security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legally required records may be retained. Encrypted backups expire on a delayed cycle.
Cannot access the app?
Email support@abu3meer.com from the address connected to your account with the subject “Account deletion.” We will verify ownership before deletion. Never send your password or Apple/Google credentials.
