1. Who operates the service

Abu 3meer is operated by the developer identified on its App Store and Google Play listing. Privacy questions can be sent to support@abu3meer.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account: display name, username, email address, authentication provider identifiers, and optional profile photo. Display names and usernames can appear publicly; uploaded profile photos are not displayed to other users in this build.
• Fan profile: selected country, supported club, language, and notification preferences.
• Activity: predictions, video-question answers, player guesses, XP, streaks, achievements, and leaderboard records.
• Membership: when you choose Check membership, you submit a public YouTube channel profile link. Our server extracts its stable channel ID and compares it with the latest complete CSV/TSV current-member export uploaded by authorized staff. We retain the submitted link, matched channel ID, derived membership status and timing, and verification timestamps. The app does not request YouTube account access for this check.
• Purchases: Apple, Google, and RevenueCat process subscription transactions. We receive purchase identifiers, product and entitlement status, expiration and renewal information, storefront, and transaction environment; we do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
• Safety: reports you submit about another profile, the reason and optional details, users you block, moderation status, and related security records.
• Device and security: push-notification token, installation identifier, app/platform information, IP address and security/server logs needed for delivery, fraud prevention, and reliability.
• Advertising: when advertising is enabled, Google Mobile Ads may process IP-derived approximate location, device identifiers, advertisements viewed, ad interactions, crash logs, and performance data to deliver, limit, secure, and measure ads. Abu 3meer requests non-personalized ads with restricted data processing, conservative teen treatment, and a PG maximum ad-content rating.
• Optional media: profile images or other images you deliberately select or upload.

3. Location

With permission, the app may use approximate or precise device location briefly to suggest your country. If location is declined, it may use IP-derived country or device locale. The app stores the selected country, not your continuous location history.

4. How information is used

We process information to authenticate accounts, provide and secure app features, settle predictions and challenges, maintain personal progress and eligible leaderboards, deliver requested notifications, prevent cheating, provide support, comply with law, improve reliability, and—when enabled—display and measure non-personalized advertising.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Necessary information may be processed by Firebase/Google Cloud services, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, RevenueCat, Apple App Store and Google Play billing, public YouTube feeds, Apple and Google push delivery, our hosted application programming interface and database, Cloudflare, image hosting, football-data providers, and Google Mobile Ads when advertising is enabled. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information. Advertising privacy choices are collected through Google's User Messaging Platform where required and can be revisited from the app's Settings when that option is required in the user's region.

6. Retention and security

Account data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, active account records are deleted or anonymized, except limited records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Encrypted backups may expire on a delayed cycle. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You can edit profile data and notifications in the app, unlink or change providers where supported, and permanently delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable by emailing support. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request.

8. Children

Abu 3meer is intended for people aged 13 or older. Where local law requires parental consent or a higher minimum age for data processing, users must meet that requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age.

9. International processing and changes

Providers may process information in countries other than yours subject to appropriate safeguards. We may update this policy when the service or law changes; the effective date above will be revised and material changes may be announced in the app.
