Terms of Use
By creating an account or using Abu 3meer, you agree to these terms and the XP & Leaderboard Rules.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and legally able to use the service where you live. Use accurate information, protect your credentials, and maintain only accounts you are entitled to use. Email and Apple users may link Google to the same account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. The service
Abu 3meer provides football predictions, video questions, player guesses, videos, XP, streaks, achievements, rankings, and optional paid membership features. Football schedules, results, lineups, tables, and facts depend on third-party data and may be delayed, unavailable, or corrected.
3. XP is recognition only
XP is not sold as a standalone currency and has no monetary value. It cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, withdrawn, exchanged, or redeemed. It does not unlock content, services, features, discounts, codes, or anything else of value. Users never stake or lose money by making a prediction or answering a question.
4. Fair play
Do not automate entries, exploit defects, manipulate accounts or location, impersonate anyone, scrape protected data, interfere with the service, or cheat. We may correct scoring errors, void abusive activity, restrict features, or suspend accounts after reasonable review.
5. XP and leaderboards
XP is earned once at signup, on the first app login each UTC day, from correct football predictions and correct video-question or player-guess answers, once on first membership activation, and on later verified successful membership renewals. Active members receive a multiplier only for correct match-winner, first-goalscorer, and exact-score predictions. Current-month, previous-month, and season leaderboards display fan progress for recognition only. There are no leaderboard winners, prizes, or rewards. See the XP & Leaderboard Rules.
6. App subscriptions
The optional Ostoora3 monthly subscription and Ostoora3 Pro Max yearly subscription unlock the same Members access and subscriber badge; only the billing period differs. Current recognition benefits are 150 XP once on first membership activation, 50 XP on each verified successful renewal, and 2× XP only for correct match-winner, first-goalscorer, and exact-score predictions. Your storefront displays the price and currency before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple or Google account settings before the end of the current period. You can restore and manage purchases in the app. Deleting the app or your Abu 3meer account does not cancel a store subscription. No purchase is required to use the app’s free features.
7. YouTube membership verification
If you already independently hold an Abu 3meer YouTube channel membership, you may submit your public YouTube channel profile link for a separate membership check that can provide the same member access and recognition benefits. The server extracts the stable channel ID and compares it with the latest complete membership CSV/TSV uploaded by authorized staff. The check cannot buy, renew, cancel, or manage a YouTube membership, and the iOS app contains no external YouTube membership purchase link or call to action. It may need to be repeated after the verified period ends or the staff list changes.
8. Profiles, reports, and blocking
Display names and usernames may be visible to other users in rankings and fan profiles. Optional uploaded profile photos are not displayed to other users in this build. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexual, misleading, or rights-infringing material, or impersonate another person. You may report a profile and block another user from that user’s fan profile. We may review reports and remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. 9. Intellectual property and links
The app, branding, design, and original content are protected by applicable rights. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app. Club marks, football data, YouTube content, and third-party services belong to their respective owners. External links are provided for convenience.
10. Availability, changes, and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may maintain, correct, add, or remove features when reasonably necessary. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, or third-party data failures. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Termination, deletion, and disputes
You may stop using the app or delete your account in Settings. We may suspend material violations, fraud, security threats, or unlawful use. Contact support@abu3meer.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable mandatory local law and consumer protections continue to apply.
